My workshop series "Self Care in Connection" is dedicated to the continuous unfoldig of our ability to fully stand behind ourselves, when we need it most. When we get triggered (and a little goes a loong way), old nervous pathways and patterns might kick us back into younger, disconnected states, where we are prone to feel helpless, lost, simply terrible or otherwise out of tune. It is then, when we get lost in the thick forest of our own experience. Navigating our way back home to our true, congruent self can present even the most developed of humans with a real challenge.

Not all of us will be willing to admitwhen we lose touch with our inner base, and some will continuously make great efforts to pretend to know their way around this human experience we all share. Prestigious jobs, fancy words, big houses, fast cars, and even fashionable companions can serve this purpose - running to the outside to find what has been lost within - true contentment, born out of trust, love, healthy connection and deep acceptance.

This workshop series is created as a welcoming playground for the continuous discovery of your interconnected selves. It's a place where you can learn to piece meaningful mosaiques out of the fragmented parts lying around in your soul's backyard.

I nurture an environment where our inner guardians can awaken, and our compasses can recalibrate to our innate north.

In a world full of navigation tools it can be a challenge to find our way. From within, we can guide ourselves to the central resting places at the core of our beings. Let this offering be an invitation to come home to yourself.

 

I guide caring humans into navigating their inner experience in a meaningful, beneficial way, oriented towards healthy relationships with self and other, that leads them to deeper self compassion and internal collaboration between different nervous system circuits. Are you familiar with moments when a situation completely changes how you feel inside? When your inner script changes from romantic comedy to Quentin Tarantino in the blink of an eye?

Those opposite states have a mutual friend - your somatic experience - it's always there. Foreground or background. Welcome Felt sense. I'll help you track it, listen to it, learn its language, and befriend it. It will be your companion as you learn to better understand when to trust it, and when it is actually firing in memory of earlier events.

That's when it comes in handy to know how to reconnect with the present moment. Bring some common sense to your senses. Let the internal chaos reorganize. Welcome breath, welcome eyes.

In my workshops you can build a sensory vocabulary while learning to speak the unique language of your own nervous system. Learn how to pick up signals from various channels while you are in connection with other humans. Calibrating and tuning internal and external signals. Establish a relationship at the heart of your experience. Together we'll investigate how you're wired, and how to activate your inner self care while being in connection.
